To get started, eligible members can download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once they’re in the app, they’ll be prompted to complete a brief onboarding questionnaire. Then they’ll meet their Care Navigator and receive their personalized treatment plan so that they can get started on their journey to recovery.
Members of our community will receive a personalized, comprehensive treatment plan. As members begin to heal and feel stronger, their content feed and exercise regimen will evolve with them. By following along with the program, they’ll unlock hundreds of simple exercises, robust pain management tools, and expert clinical advice to help direct their recovery.
Currently, TurningPoint Telehealth is available only to enrolled members of TurningPoint Digital Joint & Spine. If you're not currently enrolled, download the TurningPoint Digital Joint & Spine app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to determine your eligibility.
If you’re enrolled in the TurningPoint Digital: Joint and Spine program, you can work with your Care Navigator or Health Coach to get a referral to TurningPoint Telehealth. Our team will work with you to find the right clinician and schedule your telehealth appointment.
If you are an eligible health plan member, your TurningPoint telehealth visit is available at no cost to you. You may still be responsible for any costs associated with medications, blood tests, or imaging (including x-rays and MRIs) ordered for you during your visit.
We work with industry-leading musculoskeletal clinicians to deliver high-quality specialty care when and where you need it. You will have a team of clinical experts to help you reach your personal recovery goal.
TurningPoint Telehealth works with clinicians across the United States. You will have a team of clinical experts including a Care Navigator, Health Coach, Physician Assistant, and Orthopaedic Surgeon to help you achieve optimal outcomes.
At your initial telehealth appointment, you will discuss your joint or spine concerns with a specialist. You will also discuss your recovery options and have the chance to ask questions. If you wish, a family member or support person can join you at the time of your virtual appointment. After your appointment, you will be able to select the team member you wish to follow up with (Care Navigator, Health Coach, Physical Therapist, or Physician Assistant).
During your telehealth appointment, based on your healthcare needs, our clinical team can request to refill certain medications that we have prescribed to you.
