Currently, TurningPoint Digital: Joint and Spine and TurningPoint Telehealth services are available only to select members of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan who are Michigan residents and located in the state of Michigan at the time of the Telehealth visit.

If you’re enrolled in the TurningPoint Digital: Joint and Spine program, you can work with your Care Navigator or Health Coach to get a referral to TurningPoint Telehealth. Our team will work with you to find the right clinician and schedule your Telehealth appointment.

If you are eligible with one of the select Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan plans offering this program, your TurningPoint Telehealth visit is available at no cost to you. You may still be responsible for any costs associated with medications, blood tests, or imaging (including x-rays and MRIs) ordered for you during your visit.

At your initial Telehealth appointment, you will discuss your joint or spine concerns with a specialist. You will also discuss your recovery options and have the chance to ask questions. If you wish, a family member or supporter can join you at the time of your virtual appointment. After your appointment, you will be able to select the team member you wish to follow-up with (Care Navigator, Health Coach, Physical Therapist or Physician Assistant).
