Am I eligible for TurningPoint Telehealth?
Currently, TurningPoint Digital: Joint and Spine and TurningPoint Telehealth services are available only to select members of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan who are Michigan residents and located in the state of Michigan at the time of the telehealth visit.
How does TurningPoint Telehealth work?
If you’re enrolled in the TurningPoint Digital: Joint and Spine program, you can work with your Care Navigator or Health Coach to get a referral to TurningPoint Telehealth. Our team will work with you to find the right clinician and schedule your telehealth appointment.
How much does it cost?
If you are eligible with one of the select Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan plans offering this program, your TurningPoint Telehealth visit is available at no cost to you. You may still be responsible for any costs associated with medications, blood tests, or imaging (including x-rays and MRIs) ordered for you during your visit.
How is TurningPoint Telehealth different from other telehealth options?
We work with industry-leading musculoskeletal clinicians to deliver high-quality specialty care when and where you need it. You will have a team of clinical experts to help you reach your personal recovery goal.
